History
Early Farmers
San Jacinto valley
The first Spanish explorers entered the San Jacinto Valley in the early 1770s. In 1774, and again in 1775, Col. Juan Bautista de Anza led two expeditions up from Mexico, crossing the Colorado River at Yuma and continuing across the Borrego Desert and up Coyote Canyon.
For years the Valley was on the main overland route to California. Today the San Jacinto Valley remains a important transportation corridor with access to Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. The Olive Grove Farms project was the site of the Graber Family olive grove. It's owner was William Noe "Bill" Graber, the American pole vaulter who competed in the 1932 and 1936 Olympics. The property shares a rich history and remains of significant importance to the Valle Vista area, and Riverside County.

OUR VIEW
DECEMBER 2016
A MESSAGE FROM THE DEVELOPER
The Valle Vista area is a beautiful area, however, over the last ten years the area seems to have changed. The economic downturn brought diminished community services, reduced consumer confidence, reduced capital improvements, and negative economic growth and investment. We would hope our influence to move Olive Grove Farms forward, and develop the property would be the turning point for the area and supported by the community.
